HealthPartners sought to expand its specialty clinic services in Woodbury, MN by introducing state-of-the-art facility that includes ambulatory surgery centers and multiple physicians’ offices. Kraus-Anderson required a seamless, fully keyed, and secure facility with functional, ADA-compliant, and aesthetic appeal throughout the facility.

The Challenge
For a ground‑up outpatient specialty center, the GC needed a cohesive, code‑aware doors and hardware package that balanced patient safety, acoustic privacy, durability, and speed of installation.
The solution had to streamline key control across the facility and maintain a clean, modern aesthetic in high‑traffic healthcare environments.
